Q: I’m not sure how to use your staircase builder. Can you help?

A: Once you get started we hope you’ll find the process incredibly simple, but if not feel free to call us Free on 01279 598 520.

Q: I’ve realised I made a mistake in my order. What can I do?

A: Please contact us as soon as possible. If we haven’t started manufacturing your order already, then it is no problem to make a change.

Q: Why can’t I enter the measurements I wanted?

A: All staircases processed through our Staircase Builder must comply with building regulations. Our staircase builder does not let you enter dimensions that would be outside of those regulations. In this is the case, feel free to email or call us and we will be more than happy to discuss your needs and design something to suit you.

Q: I don’t understand some of the terminology used in the staircase builder.

A: Take a look at our staircase terminology page for an overview.
